Former 5,000 square foot Denny’s restaurant on 1.2 acres in downtown Sunnyvale, CA. Bought the site from Denny’s and entitled for 75 multifamily units and a 5,000 square foot restaurant on the ground floor. Upon completion of the building, sold the commercial unit back to Denny’s.
