Overview

Former 77,000 square foot retail strip center on 7.0 acres adjacent to a VTA Light Rail station on the boarder of San Jose and Campbell in Silicon Valley, CA. Entitled the site for 590 multifamily units, a 200,000 square foot office building, and a one-acre Public Plaza with direct connection to the train station. Completed construction of the multifamily units and sold the office component to a medical office developer who is completing construction for Santa Clara Valley Healthcare.
